About Amy Greene
Amy Greene is the Principal Broker and Founder of Greene Realty Group, bringing more than eleven years of licensed experience and a strong foundation in valuation, commercial development, and strategic real estate planning. Her experience spans commercial, land, and residential real estate, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how property decisions influence long term value and growth.
Her career began in commercial finance and evaluation where she developed a data driven approach to analyzing markets and assessing investment potential. She later expanded into brokerage and corporate development roles, supporting new store growth for national and regional brands while guiding clients through site selection, acquisitions, and complex negotiations.
Today, Amy uses this broad experience to advise businesses, investors, and homeowners throughout Central Ohio. Clients describe her as steady under pressure, clear in communication, and deeply committed to honest guidance. She believes real estate works best when decisions are informed, relationships are strong, and every client feels supported from the first conversation to the closing table.

Amy’s approach to real estate is shaped by the values she lives every day. As a mom, a daughter of a Vietnam veteran, the wife of a Marine veteran, and mom to an active duty Marine, she understands the importance of responsibility, follow through, and showing up for the people who rely on you. She and her family live on land they improved and built on themselves, an experience that gave her a deeper appreciation for thoughtful planning, clear communication, and the feeling of creating a place that children call home. When she is not working with clients, you can often find her outdoors with her family, backpacking, gardening, exploring somewhere new, or working on projects around their home in Central Ohio.
